Zirek, an actor and director lives in Paris as a refugee since 1982. As he is not allowed to go back to Kurdistan he promises to his father to send his little son to visit him in Kurdistan. However Zirek’s son does not speak any other language other than French which makes it very difficult to communicate with his father’s family and relatives. Zirek follows his son’s five day journey in Kurdistan through phone conversations with his son and his sister and this trip takes him back to his past. With this film Zirek intends to show his destiny in the last quarter of the century, with an attempt free himself from his real life story.
