A Tale of Two Soldiers is the story of two ordinary men, both former prisoners of war during the Iran-Iraq War. One from Iran and the other from Iraq, both men are forced to fight in a war that is beyond their control, in which one government is in the pursuit of greater oil wealth and the other is in a perceived holy war. These two ordinary men meet on the battlefield, where one saves the other’s lfe. Fate brings them together again 20 years later in Canada, where the saviour becomes the saved.
